The Board of Directors of Whittier Community Association met virtually on May 15 , 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

• Patrick Berry, Director

ABSENT:

George Perry with Gregory Alexandrides’ office was interviewed between 6pm – 6:45pm

Mitchell Drimmer with Axela was interviewed between – 7pm – 7:45pm

The Board of Directors interviewed both parties for the purpose of making an informed decision on how to proceed with the delinquent accounts of the association.

Both parties presented their mode of operation for collections.

The Board will decide on the best course of actions when all Board members are in attendance at the next Board meeting.
